BML Connect is a secure, cloud-based platform that simplifies how customers do business with Boston Mutual Life. The online platform brings enrollment, billing, service, and policy administration together in one convenient location for select new cases. Whether you’re a broker, employer, or policyholder, BML Connect provides the tools you need to manage your insurance experience with confidence.

If you already have a BML Connect account, or received an email with login credentials, visit the BML Connect page https://lifeinsurance.bostonmutual.com/bml-connect/ and select the portal that applies to you. Or, select the portal that applies to you:

Brokers: https://portal.bmlconnect.com/broker

Employers: https://portal.bmlconnect.com/employer

Policyholders: https://portal.bmlconnect.com/policyholder

Once there, enter your username and password to access your account. BML Connect provides separate portals for brokers, employers, and policyholders. Please note that currently only select business and policies are available on BML Connect.

Select the “Forgot your password?” option on your portal login page and follow the instructions. If you’re unable to reset your password or continue experiencing issues accessing your account, contact the appropriate support team for assistance.

BML Connect is currently available for select policies. Eligible users receive account setup instructions during the onboarding process. Policyholders whose coverage is on BML Connect receive an onboarding email with instructions to create their account and establish login credentials. If you believe you should have access but have not received account setup information, contact the appropriate support team for assistance.

BML Connect is currently available for eligible select new business and products on the platform. Eligible brokers, employers, and policyholders associated with those policies may create and access a BML Connect account. Existing business that is not available on BML Connect will be serviced through Boston Mutual Life’s legacy systems.

BML Connect provides secure access for eligible brokers, employers, and policyholders for select insurance policies and products.

Brokers can manage new business and support clients with real-time access to enrollments, commissions, case information, billing documents, and more.

Employers can simplify benefits administration by accessing employee policy information, reviewing documents, reconciling bills, and making payments.

Policyholders can access policy information, view documents, update contact or beneficiary information, and pay bills through a secure self-service portal.
